Sums me up about now, I’ve had a glass back for years on and off. All my own doing lifting things wrong forever thinking I’m Geoff Capes (if you’re old enough to remember him)…. also posture from desk.
Think the exercise is a shock to the system when you’ve been fat and lazy but have missed it this week, had 4 brilliant sessions Friday to Monday then, rest day Tuesday then woke up Wednesday with this niggle getting worse. Who’d of thought gutted couldn’t exercise and could still go but know wouldn’t enjoy but know it’s not that doing it but feels crap…. anyway hopefully get sorted in next few days been recommended a brilliant sports therapist www.batchsportstherapy.co.uk watch this space I’ll come out skipping 👍🏻
